New addition to our family

We named her Rachel Lee. She was born July 5th 2007 and weighed in at 8 pounds 3 oz. She was much bigger than her brother, but way easier to care for afterwards. Meaning no long term hospital care. Rachel didn't make it to her due date, but that was okay with me. At least she wasn't like her brother and decide she had to come out and play early.

I have to say that girls are much different than boys. Her cry is much higher and she gets upset way faster. Like her brother, she too has no hair, and probably won't get any for some time too.

Her big brother can't wait to play hide and seek with her. We'll see if he wants to hide or seek when she gets older.

Bed Head

Don't you just wish that you can wake up with the craziest bed head and not have one care about it. I guess that's why being two is so GREAT! I was up one morning and Tyler came walking around the corner with his crazy bed head. He was wide awake and ready to go! I couldn't pass these pictures up.

London Trip

On Christmas day I left for London and left Darin and Tyler here at home. Boy was that a hard thing to do, but I got to go see my dad there. Here is the Tower Bridge in London. It was beautiful! I loved going up in the bridge and looking out over the city. It was really windy and hard to take pictures. Most of them turned out blurry but I will post some anyway.

During my trip to London we ventured out and went to Germany to visit a friend, Diana, from high school when we lived in Florida. She was an exchange student. She showed us all the sites and some really cool places to shop.



Above is one of the oldest churches I have ever been in, in Germany. They were celebreating their 1000 year birthday. It was very cool!

As you can see from the pictures, it's very beautiful and almost story like setting. Some of the towns looked like they were strait out of a movie. It was very cool!!






The Louve in Paris


After Germany we drove to Paris on New Years Eve and spent a couple of days there.
Linda and I took a tour bus around the city and saw too much to list. The next day we took dad around to the places we saw and went to the Palace of Versailles. Man was that a huge place to live at. Too big for me, but beautiful. The grounds were even beautiful in the winter so I could only imagine what they look like in the summer.

October Times

Hello everyone~

It's been a long time since I have posted my last blog, so I will try and do my best to catch everyone up.

Since last October Darin and I are going to have another baby. We found out that it's going to be a girl. So one boy and one girl and now we will be done!!!!! :0)

She is due July 13th, but the doctor thinks she might be early like Tyler was. Well Tyler is growing like a weed. He is talking so much and is very excited to have a little sister to play with someday. Right now we are in the process of potty training. So far we have only had a few accidents, but overall it's going well.
Here are some pictures of him around Halloween.We went to the Setnicker Pumpkin Patch this year with his friend Jordan. He calls her JuJu. They had a great time. The best picture is of Tyler pulling Jordan in the wagon.







Here Tyler is with is buddy Tobin and his dad Brian. Tobin was a wizard, Brian was a mad scientist and Tyler was an Indian. They a blast trick or treating!

Lake Vacation

This year at the lake.....

We had quite the vacation at the lake this year. Grandma Cox and Aunt Lisa came along for the ride and we all met up with Todd and Angie. We went waterskiing, tubing and laid out on the beach infront of the lake. We had lots of laughs by the camp fire at night and ate lots of smores! What a relaxing time it was.

Tyler Times

Summer Vacations
This year Darin, Tyler and I took several vacations. We were quite the travelers. From Iowa to Detroit, MI to Priest Lake.
In May we went to Grinnell Iowa. Along came Darin's Mom Charlotte. The four of us hopped on a plane and off we flew. Tyler slept most of the way so that was a blessing, but we weren't so lucky on the way back. All he wanted to do was walk around the cabin, which they don't like you to do anymore. While we were there Tyler met all of his cousins and see where his great grandma Foster lives. Here are some pictures of our trip.
